It is important to make sure that your provider is in-network before undergoing elective procedures. Visiting an in-network provider usually means lower copays, deductibles, and other costs. For out-of-network care, you may be required to pay the full price or a percentage of the services received.
To find a provider that is in-network, visit QualChoice.com, select the Already a Member tab, and click on the Find a Doctor or Hospital page under the Tools & Resources section. This tool can help you find QualChoice in-network providers. It is updated often, but a provider’s status may change at any time.
