Providers: Effective July 1, ACH payments and the corresponding 835 remittances will no longer be distributed through Optum Bank.

If you are currently receiving ACH payments from Optum Bank and would like to continue receiving them, you should choose one of these options:

If you choose to do nothing, future QualChoice payments and remittances will be mailed to you.
